Not sure if these really are the absolute 29 “most powerful foods on the planet,” as billed. I noticed, for instance, the list is missing blueberries and my two personal favorites from the antioxidant camp, dark chocolate and red wine. But the list does include some of mom’s old favorites and a few new-ish ones you might want to get to know (if you don’t already).
Worth checking out, at the very least!
