Great middle eastern flavor, combining garbanzo beans (also known as chick peas), tahini (sesame paste), garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. This recipe is a slight variation on the traditional hummus that gives it a bit of a twist. Great with Triscuit crackers or toasted pita bread. A Diane’s kitchen favorite!
